How do I book Function Room?

Bookings for Function Room should be made at least two months before the event date. Enquire through this site or email the Singapore Botanic Gardens venue management team at nparks_sbg@1-host.sg, or call 8082 2534. Parkhouse Collection by 1-Host manages bookings at Singapore Botanic Gardens on behalf of the National Parks Board.

Terms & conditions

Booking conditions for Singapore Botanic Gardens, set by the National Parks Board (NParks).

1. 1 Venues cannot be booked before 8am or after 10pm.
2. 2 Each booking must be for a minimum of 4 hours, including catering and logistics set-up and tear-down, in these time blocks: 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, or 6pm–10pm. Hourly add-on rates apply for hours outside a standard block. Full-day bookings may use the venue from 8am–10pm.
3. 3 Sound checks and music are not permitted before 8.30am or after 9.30pm. Requests outside these hours need prior approval from NParks.
4. 4 NParks reserves the right to approve or reject an application, without reason, and confirms a booking only on receipt of the completed Venue Booking Form with full payment.
5. 5 Hirers must keep the venue clean at all times and dispose of all waste outside the Gardens.
6. 6 Hirers arrange their own catering, furniture and other logistics, at their own cost.
7. 7 Wireless@SGx is available inside the venues. Register your account with your preferred telco (M1, Singtel, StarHub or Y5Zone).
8. 8 Parkhouse Collection by 1-Host is appointed by NParks to manage bookings at the Gardens.
