What times can Guesthouse be booked?

8am–12pm / 1pm–5pm / 6pm–10pm / Full Day 8am–10pm. Venues cannot be booked before 8am or after 10pm.

What is included with Guesthouse?

Guesthouse comes with Passive Displacement Cooling System, Audio System, Wireless Microphone x 2, Lighting System (ChamSys QuickQ 10), Changing Room with Toilet x 2, Toilets (Male, Female, Handicap). Anything beyond this is arranged with the venue management team.

How do I book Guesthouse?

Bookings for Guesthouse should be made at least two months before the event date. Enquire through this site or email the Jurong Lake Gardens venue management team at nparks_jlg@1-host.sg, or call 8082 3159. Parkhouse Collection by 1-Host manages bookings at Jurong Lake Gardens on behalf of the National Parks Board.

Terms & conditions

Booking conditions for Jurong Lake Gardens, set by the National Parks Board (NParks).

1. 1 Venues cannot be booked before 8am or after 10pm.
2. 2 A site visit is required before a booking is confirmed. Make an appointment with the Venue Management team.
3. 3 Each booking must be for a minimum of 4 hours, including catering and logistics set-up and tear-down, in these time blocks: 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, or 6pm–10pm. Hourly add-on rates apply for hours outside a standard block. Full-day bookings may use the venue from 8am–10pm.
4. 4 Sound checks and music are not permitted before 8.30am or after 9.30pm. Requests outside these hours need prior approval from NParks.
5. 5 NParks reserves the right to approve or reject an application, without reason, and confirms a booking only on receipt of the completed Venue Booking Form with full payment.
6. 6 Wireless@SGx is available in Mempat Hall and Banyan Hall only. Register your account with your preferred telco (M1, Singtel, StarHub or Y5Zone).
7. 7 Parkhouse Collection by 1-Host is appointed by NParks to manage bookings at this park.
