Booking conditions for Fort Canning Park, set by the National Parks Board.

1. 1 Venues cannot be booked before 8am or after 10pm.
2. 2 Each booking must be for a minimum of 4 hours, including catering and logistics set-up and tear-down, in these time blocks: 8am–12pm, 1pm–5pm, or 6pm–10pm. Hourly add-on rates apply for hours outside a standard block. Full-day bookings may use the venue from 8am–10pm.
3. 3 Sound checks and music are not permitted before 8.30am or after 9.30pm. Requests outside these hours need prior approval from the National Parks Board.
4. 4 The National Parks Board reserves the right to approve or reject an application, without reason, and confirms a booking only on receipt of the completed Venue Booking Form with full payment.
5. 5 Hirers must keep the venue clean at all times and dispose of all waste outside the Park.
6. 6 Hirers arrange their own catering, furniture and other logistics, at their own cost.
7. 7 Wireless@SG is available inside the Fort Canning Centre. Register your account with your preferred telco (M1, Singtel, StarHub or Y5Zone).
8. 8 Parkhouse Collective is appointed by the National Parks Board to manage bookings at this park.
